Installation Instructions

1.

Raise the vehicle to a safe and comfortable working height with the suspension hanging freely.


2.

Remove the factory shock absorbers and coil spring. Refer to a factory service manual for
proper disassembly procedures.



6. The hole being tapped in the
picture will be used to bolt the lower
air spring plate; a 7/16” x 1” bolt, flat
washer and lock washer will be used.
A 7/16” USS tap will be needed.

7. The inside hole on the plate will
fastened with a 3/8” x 1” button head.
The button head must be used, a
hex bolt could rub the air spring and
cause failure. There is an existing
hole in the lower arm.

3. Bolt the air spring to the lower
plate use the 3/8” x 3/4” button head
bolt, lock washer and flat washer.

4. Apply thread sealant to an elbow
air fitting and screw it into the top of
the air spring.

5. Fasten the upper mount to the air
spring using two 3/8” Nylok nuts and
flat washers.
