Installation Instructions

*****This kit is designed for use with a RideTech bolt on shock Kit*****

1. Raise and support vehicle at a safe, comfortable working height. Let the front suspension hang

freely.

2. Remove the coil spring, shock absorber and factory bump stop. Refer to a factory service

manual for proper disassembly procedure.

4. Place the lower air spring plate on
the lower control arm. The factory
bump stop hole will locate the plate.
The rear hole must be drilled with a
3/8” bit. Secure plate to lower arm w/
3/8” x 1 ¼” bolt, flat washers and
Nylok nuts.

5. Apply thread sealant to the air
fitting and screw it into the top of the
air spring. Place the upper air spring
bracket on top of the spring and
fasten with two 3/8” Nylok nuts and
flat washers. Thread the 6 ½” stud
into the nut in the bottom of the
bracket. The airline must be routed
at this time.

3. To allow clearance for the air
spring a portion of the frame to the
outside of the coil spring pocket must
be removed. This can be
accomplished using a plasma cutter
or die grinder with a cut off wheel.
Grind all edges smooth after finished.

Note: The upper shock mount must
be installed before the air spring.
