6. Place the air spring assembly into
the coil spring pocket with the air
fitting facing toward the engine. The
stud will stick through the factory
shock hole. Use the 7/16” Nylok nut
and flat washer to secure the
assembly. The air spring will be held
to the lower plate using a 3/8” x 3/4"
bolt, flat washer and lock washer.

7. The sway bar end link must be
shortened to 1 ¼” long.

8. Double-check air spring clearance
through full suspension travel.
Allowing the air spring to rub will
cause failure and is not warrantable.

9. Driving height on this is spring is 4
½” tall. This should occur around 90
psi but will vary to vehicle weight and
driver preference.
