Special note:

1. To begin installation, start on the driver side, remove the
end link from the stock sway bar and the lower mount. The
end link and all hardware may be discarded. Repeat proce-
dure on the passenger side.

2. Block the rear tires of the vehicle so that the vehicle is sta-
ble and can’t roll backwards. Safely lift the front of the vehi-
cle and support the vehicle with a pair of jack stands. Place
a jack stand on both the driver and the passenger side. Next
remove the tires and wheels from both sides of the vehicle.

Step # 3 - 12 is on the driver side.

3. Locate (1) upper “U” style bracket and (1) 1/2” x 1 1/2” car-
riage bolt from hardware bag 30927NB1. Install the new car-
riage bolt into the new bracket.

4. Locate (1) 9/16” flat washers from hardware bag
30927NB1 and install it on the new carriage bolt.

5. Locate (1) S10102 sleeve from hardware bag 30927NB1
and install it on the new carriage bolt.

6. Locate (1) 7/16” flat washer and (1) 1/2” unitorque nut
from hardware bag 30927NB1. Install the new bracket to the
stock sway bar and secure using the new hardware. Make
sure to use loctite and torque to 70 ft lbs. Special note:
Make sure that the S10102 sleeve goes up into the hole
of the sway bar. Also, when torquing the carriage bolt
down make sure that the bracket stays perpendicular to
the frame rail.

7. Locate (1) S10195 all thread sleeve and (2) S10116 hiem
joints from hardware bag 30927NB1. Install the new hiem
joints into each end of the new all thread sleeve.
