Adjustment Mode

Relative Humidity Adjustment by
Using a Calibrated Reference Probe

When using this adjustment method, start with the steps 1 through 12
on the previous page. Then proceed as follows:

1.

Ensure that the probes are located in the same conditions.

2.

Wait until the readings have stabilized. If the difference between
the humidity readings is less than 2 % RH, there is no immediate
need for adjustment.

3.

Adjust the transmitter reading to correspond a reading of the
reference probe by pressing the ADJUST key.

4. Select

. Press the SELECT key.

5. Confirm

by

pressing

the

YES key.

6.

To return to the basic display, first press the BACK key, then
the EXIT key twice.

1-point Relative Humidity
Adjustment by Using a Calibrator

You can use Vaisala humidity calibrator HMK15 to achieve the
reference humidities. MI70 indicator is working as a communicator in
the calibration procedure. When using this adjustment method, start
with the steps 1 through 12 on the previous page. Then proceed as
follows:

1.

Insert the transmitter probe to the reference humidity.

2. Press

the

ADJUST key.

3.

Select 1-point adjustment. Press the SELECT key.
