EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The submitted packaged sample is without defects after vibration and impact tests per ISTA Test Procedure
1A. The Packaged-Product Transit (OD-9000-US) testing is overall rated Pass.
DESCRIPTION OF PACKAGE:
1.
A corrugated master container (dimensions: 14x5-11/16x35-9/16in., weight: 101.06 lbs.) is sealed
with 48mm wide tape. The master container is constructed of double-wall corrugated board
(thickness: 0.28in.). See Exhibits 1 and 2

In the master container, all metal components and wooden boards are all secured in the cavities of an
EPS foam block (dimensions: 39-3/4x35x5-1/8in.). Two glass tabletops are placed underneath the
EPS foam block. See packaging method as below and Exhibits 3~26
- Assembly instruction sheets and a quarter tabletop are placed on the opening flap. The tabletop is
wrapped with a polybag. See Exhibits 3 and 4
- Four cross bars are arranged parallel and individually wrapped by polybag. See Exhibits 5 and 6
- Two L-shape support frames are individually wrapped with a polybag. See Exhibit 7
- Two sliders are arranged parallel and individually wrapped with a polybag. See Exhibits 8 and 9
- Two side frames are stacked and individually wrapped with a polybag. See Exhibits 10 and 11
- Four kinds of hardware are separated by polybag. See Exhibits 12~15
- Two-rectangle wooden boards are stacked. And a keyboard panel is placed at left side of them.

- Three-curved tubes are arranged parallel and individually wrapped with a polybag. A connector
is placed at left side of them, and the connector is wrapped with a polybag. See Exhibits 12, 17,
and 18
- Two wooden panels are stacked and separated with a polyfoam sheet. And a polyfoam sheet is
placed on top of the first wooden panel. See Exhibits 19~22
- Two glass tabletops are placed beneath the EPS foam block. The glass tabletops are stacked and
separated with a polyfoam sheet. And an EPS foam board (dimensions: 35x23-5/8x2-3/8in.) are
placed underneath of them. See Exhibits 23~26
