Replace IC1002.

at pin 11 of IC4001 ?

Is BIAS level O.K
at L4005 ? Is the voltage at pin 2
of L4005 5.8V ?
Check POWER circuit.
Is the voltage at pin 29
of IC1002 about 5V ?
Is there AUDIO signal
at pin 5 of CP4002 ? Check the circuit between pin4
of IC4001 to pin 5 of CP4002.
Replace IC4001.
Check the lead wire and
connector to A/C HEAD.
