The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

Clears all phone book, downloads, and photo gallery entries the box
for between chek and phonebook.

ERASE ALL
3 Select “Contacts”, “Download”, “My Pictures”,
and press [OK] to erase all the items in those
categories.
Press [MENU] and enter “Password”.
The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
When you select “Yes”, you will see “Reset phone! this will
reset to default settings”on the display and press [OK]
and the phone will power recycle.
