Other settings
Setting the display brightness (DIMMER)
Adjust the display brightness according to your preferences and the
conditions in the room.

Press [DIMMER] repeatedly.
Each time you press the button, the mode changes as....
DIMMER
OFF (normal brightness) = DIMMER 1 (reduces the
display brightness)
= DIMMER 2 (reduces the display brightness
and turn off the dial lighting)
= DIMMER 3 (restores the normal
display brightness and turn off the dial lighting)
= (back to the
beginning)
Setting the display saver (DISP. SAVER)
Turn on the display saver if the System is not used at all for a set period. The
display information scrolls to prevent burn-in of the text on the display and
uneven display brightness.

2] or [ 3] to select “DISP. SAVER”, then press
[ENTER].

5] or [∞] to select “ON” or “OFF”, then press
[ENTER].
ON z Activates the display saver if the System is not in used at
all for about 10 minutes after playback stops or a button is
pressed.
OFF z Deactivates the display saver.
Setting the System clock

2 ] or [ 3] to select “TIME ADJUST”, then press
[ENTER].

Press [
5] or [∞] to set the day (of the week), then press
[ENTER].

5] or [∞] to set the hour, then press [ENTER].

5] or [∞] to set the minute, then press [ENTER].
If a power failure occurs or the System is unplugged then plugged in again, set the System clock to z
the correct time again.
When the System is in Standby mode, you can display the clock time for 5 seconds by pressing
z [

] .
