this USB cable (AMI part number CBLKIT-USB-1) from American Megatrends

The pinout for the optional USB Cable Box is:

Pin 3 White Data -
Pin 4 Black Ground
Please make sure that the USB cable is correctly installed. Incorrect
installation will damage the motherboard.
