Ensure that the speaker is powered off. Press the multifunction button and while holding it down, switch on the speaker and

continue to hold the multifunction button for another 6 to 8 seconds.

4. Auxiliary Input

Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect the speaker to another audio source. Please note that the speaker will play via 3.5 mm input

only in the powered off state (Switch off the speaker).

5. Charging BTX270 speaker

To charge the BTX270 speaker, connect the micro USB cable to the BTX270 and plug the speaker into a USB power source.

USB power sources include computers, laptops, USB hubs, USB AC adapters and USB car chargers.

When the BTX270 is charging, the red light will be lit. When the battery is fully charged, the red light will turn off. The charging

process can take 2 to 3 hours to charge the battery completely.

When the BTX270 has a low battery and it is powered on, the red light will blink intermittently and the speaker will play an

audible tone.
