4. Align the UT10 so the openings in the mounting feet are running East-
West. Align the hole in the bottom of each mounting foot with one of the
J-bolts in the concrete base. Slide the UT10 onto the J-bolts.
5. Place a 5/8 inch flat washer, a 5/8 inch split washer, and a 5/8 inch nut on
each J-bolt. Do not tighten the nut (FIGURE 7-6).
