How to Enable/Disable the Rating Controls
1 Press the MENU button.
Press the
œ or √ button to select
“Setup”, then press the ENTER
button.
Press the … or † button to select
“V-Chip”, then press the ENTER
button.
2 Press the † button.
Press the number buttons to enter
your current 4-digit PIN.
(The default PIN for a new TV set is
“0000”.)
The “V-Chip” menu is displayed.
3 Press the … or † button to select
“V-Chip Lock”.
To enable the V-Chip feature, press
the ENTER button so that the
“V-Chip Lock” field is “On”.
(Pressing the … or † button will
alternate between “On” and “Off”.)
Press the ENTER button.
Select “Return” by pressing the … or † button, then press the
ENTER button to return to the previous menu.
Press the EXIT button to exit.
