Q1 The 3D glasses do not work.
A1 Use the 3D active glasses within the operating range of the
computer.
A2 The 3D active glasses only work when you play content in
3D mode (videos, games, photos) using the 3D program.
(The glasses do not work in 2D mode.)
A3 The 3D function (videos, games, photos) only works in full
screen mode.
A4 For battery-operated glasses, replace the battery.
Q2 The 3D glasses LED blinks red continuously.
A For chargeable 3D active glasses, charge the glasses. Charge
the battery with the micro USB cable.
For battery-operated glasses, this indicates that the battery
is worn out. Replace the battery.
Q3 Can I watch 2D content in 3D?
A You can watch 2D content in 3D by selecting 3D mode in the
3D program. However, some content may not be supported.
For supported games and file formats, refer to the online
help of the program.
