Activating Your Phone

4.

Resecure the plastic cover over the interface jack on the phone.

Warning!: Failure to unplug the travel adapter before you remove the battery, can cause damage to

the phone.

Low Battery Indicator

When the battery is weak and only a few minutes of talk time remain; a warning tone
sounds and the “Battery low” message repeats at regular intervals on the display. In
this condition, your phone conserves its remaining battery power, not by turning off
the backlight, but by entering the dimming mode.

When the battery level becomes too low, the phone automatically turns off.

Inserting the Memory Card

Your phone supports an optional memory card (microSD™). The memory card is
designed to use with this mobile phone and other devices. You can store information
on this memory card such as sounds, images, videos, music, or other files.

1.

Lift up the memory card cover, located on the left side of the phone as

shown. Make sure the memory card’s gold contact pins face upward.

2.

Gently push the memory card into the slot until you hear a click sound.

Note: The click indicates that the card is secured in the slot.
