Deleting a Task
1.
From the Today screen, press the Start key (

activate the Start menu.

Select Programs (

3.
Select and hold the desired task from the list and select
Delete Task.

Press the Menu soft key and select Delete Task.
4.
Select Yes to confirm the deletion of the selected task.
Beaming a Task
1.
From the Today screen, press the Start key (
) to
activate the Start menu.
2.
Select Programs (

Organizer (
)
Tasks

).
3.
Select and hold the desired task from the list and select
Beam Task.

Press the Menu soft key and select Beam Task.
4.
From the list of detected devices, select the preferred
device to begin the beaming/upload process.
5.
When the task is successfully transferred, Done displays
on the screen.
6.
When finished, press
or select
to exit.
Notes
Quickly capture thoughts, reminders, ideas, drawings, and phone
numbers with Notes. Notes can be attached to contacts,
appointments, messages, and tasks. Notes can be either
recorded or written. For more information, refer to “Adding a
Note to a Task” on page 89.
