Deleting a Memo
You can delete memos on the calendar one by one or all
at one time.
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu (left) soft key ( ), then
press (for Applications), (for Organizer), and
for Calendar. The calendar displays with today’s
date highlighted.
2. Use the navigation keys to highlight a date.
Or
Press the Options (right) soft key ( ) and press the
key for Go to Date. Use the keypad to enter a
specific date, then press the OK (left) soft key ( ) or the
key. The calendar displays with the entered date
highlighted.
3. Press the Select (left) soft key ( ) or the key. The
New Memo text entry screen appears in the display.
If there is more than one memo for that date, the latest
memo appears in the display.
4. Use the Left and Right navigation keys to scroll to the
previous or next memo.
If you want to create a new memo for that date, press
the Options (left) soft key (
). The following options
appear in the display:

Add — Lets you add a memo.
ⅷ
Delete — Lets you delete a memo.
ⅷ Edit — Lets you change the text, time, and/or alarm settings
for a memo.
ⅷ
Move — Lets you move a memo to a different date.
