● Word completion : to set how many letters
should be entered before a prediction is
made.
● Spell correction : to correct typographical errors
by selecting from a list of possible words that
reflect the characters of the keys you tapped
as well as the characters of nearby keys.
● Next word prediction : to enable word
prediction for the next word.
● Auto-append : to automatically add predictions
to the word you are typing.
● Auto-substitution : to automatically
replacewords that you are typing. This option
will help for accidental misspellings.
● Regional correction : to set the device to
automatically correct mistyped words
according to normal spelling for your region.
● Recapture : to set the device to re-display the
word suggestion list when you select the
wrong word from the list.
● XT9 my words : to add the new word in the
Register to XT9 my words.
● XT9 auto-substitution : to add words to
substitute (for example youve becomes
you’ve).
Ⅲ Continuous input : Enter text by sliding your finger
across the keyboard without lifting your finger.
Ⅲ Keyboard swipe : Swipe the keyboard horizontally
between letters and symbols.
Ⅲ Handwriting : The phone recognizes onscreen
handwriting and convert it to text.
Ⅲ Voice input : Activates the Voice input feature. This
feature uses Google’s networked speech
recognition application to convert speech into text.
Ⅲ Auto capitalization : Automatically capitalizes the
first letter of the first word in each sentence
(standard English style).
Ⅲ Auto-punctuate : Automatically inserts a period at
the end of a sentence when you tap the space
bar twice while using the onscreen QWERTY
keyboard.
Ⅲ Character preview : Provides an automatic preview
of the current character selection within the text
string. This is helpful when multiple characters are
available within one key.
