Take and Send
• Rename: allows you to overwrite the currently defaulted photo name.
• Go to photos: takes you to your Photos folder.
• Lock/Unlock: allows you to lock the photo to protect it from deletion, or unlock an
already locked photo.
• Properties: shows the properties of the current photo such as the Name, Date,
Format, Resolution, Size, and Lock/Unlock.
1. To return to the Capture mode, press the Clear key.
2. Press the key to return to Idle mode.
Configuring Camera Options
1. In Capture mode (prior to taking a new photo), press the Options soft key
to use various options for the camera module.
The following options are available:
- Record video: allows you to switch to the camcorder mode and shoot video.
- Shooting mode: allows you to assign what sequence is followed when a photograph
is taken.
• Single shot: a single picture is taken.
- Take and Send: allows you to take a photo and then send it immediately as part
of a Picture message.
- Take and return: allows you to take a photo, store it the My Photos folder, and
then return to the main camera screen to shoot a new one.
• Multi-shot: multiple pictures are simultaneously taken.
- The combination consists of a combination of 6, 9, or 15 pictures taken at either
a normal or high resolution.
- Options include: 6 shots.Normal, 6 shots.High, 9 shots.Normal, 9 shots.High,
15 shots.Normal, or 15 shots.High.
• Mosaic style: the picture is taken and a mosaic effect is overlaid to produce a
mosaic style photo.
- Effects: allows you to change the color tone or apply special effects to the photo.
• Options include: No effects, Black & White, Negative, Sepia, Emboss, Sketch,
and Aqua.
- Frames: allows you to overlay from up to 29 different frames atop the photo.
- Timer: allows you to set a time delay before the camera takes the photo. Select the
length of delay you want. When you press the
or key, the camera takes
the photo after the specified time elapses.
- Default destination: removes or changes the default destination for the selected
Photo.
- Go to photos: takes you to your Photos folder.
- Camera settings: allows you to change the Function and Setup settings.
