3. Touch Alarm to stop or snooze alarms with the voice
commands “Stop” and “Snooze.”
4. Touch Camera to take pictures with the voice
commands “Smile,” “Cheese,” “Capture,” and
“Shoot.”
5. Touch Music to control the Music app with the voice
commands “Next,” “Previous,” “Pause,” “Play,”
“Volume Up,” and “Volume Down.”
Accessory
You can enable your tablet to play sounds when inserting and
removing the device when docking.
• From the
Settings screen, touch Accessory for
these options:
• Dock sound: Play sounds when inserting and removing the
device from the dock.
• Audio output mode: use external speakers when the device
is docked.
Date and Time
By default, your device receives date and time information
from the wireless network. When you are outside network
coverage, you may want to set date and time information
manually using the Date & time settings.
1. From the Settings screen, touch Date and time.
2. Configure the following settings:
• Automatic date and time: Allows the network to set the date
and time.
• Set date: Enter the current date (only available when the
Automatic setting is disabled).
• Set time: Enter the current time (only available when the
Automatic setting is disabled).
• Automatic time zone: Allows the network to set the
time zone.
• Select time zone: Choose your local time zone (only
available when the Automatic setting is disabled).
• Use 24-hour format: The tablet default is a 12-hour clock.
Use this setting to change to a 24-hour format.
• Select date format: Set the format for date displays.
