Assembly & Installation Instructions
To Mount Fixture to Wall (Figures 1 & 2)

8. Hold the fixture (B) close to the mounting bracket (C) and
using suitable wire connectors (not provided) connect fixture
wires to supply wires (white to white and black to
black). Run a pigtail lead from the ground screw (G) and
cupped washer (F) to the electrical box and connect all
ground wires (bare copper or green to bare copper or
green).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE WIRE CONNECTORS ARE TWISTED ON
SECURELY, AND NO BARE WIRES ARE EXPOSED.
9. Carefully tuck all wires behind the fixture (B) and inside the
mounting bracket (C) and place the fixture firmly onto bracket
(C) and fasten with #8 black screws (H) on top.
10. Install two remaining black screws (H) in bottom of fixture (B)
attaching to mounting bracket (C).

1. Install bulb (J) into socket (I). Be careful not to touch bulb
with bare hands; oil from the hands will dramatically
reduce bulb life.
2. Thread glass shield (K) onto socket (I).
3. Making sure that the stud on the front assembly (A) is on top,
press the front assembly (A) onto the fixture (B). Front
assembly (A) should snap into place on the top.
4. Restore electricity at main breaker
