Insert all 4 custom screws in the housing first, then apply the
housing against the copper base; please respect the pin
orientation as shown in the schematic to the right. Then start
s with the provided M3 allen wrench.

Please note that these custom screws are fragile in nature: maximum
torque is 6 in/lbs (0.7Nm), this is the equivalent of holding the allen wrench from
the short leg side, and twisting it with two fingers. 2 spare screws are included
dvertently broke a screw.

Insérez tout d’abord les 4 vis spéciales dans le couvercle, puis
appliquez celui-ci sur la plaque en cuivre en respectant bien
l’orientation des picots comme indiqué dans l’image de droite.
Ensuite, serrez les vis à l’aide de la clé allen fournie avec le kit.

Veuillez noter que ces vis spéciales sont fragiles par nature : le taux de
serrage maximum est de 0.7 Nm, ce qui est l’équivalent de tenir la clé allen par
son petit
côté en la serrant avec deux doigts.

au cas ou une vis venait à se rompre.

Inserte primero los 4 tornillos especiales en la tapa, y
colóquela en la placa de cobre. Tenga cuidado con respetar la
orientación de las puntillas como indicado en el imagen a la
derecha. Luego, apriete los tornillos con la llave Allen incluida
en el kit.

Le recordamos que estos tornillos especiales son muy frágiles: el nivel de
presión máximo es 0.7 Nm, o sea sólo tiene que llevar la llave Allen por el lado
más pequeño, apretando con dos dedos. Dos tornillos de sustitución están
incluidos por si uno se rompiera.
4. PREPARING THE GRAPHICS CARD
Preamble: If you are going to use Swiftech’s Caldera heatsink,
please make sure to install it first following our installation
guide!
First remove the stock cooling solution from the graphics card,
second carefully clean the GPU surface with alcohol or
preferably an electronics degreaser, and last put a drop of
nd on the GPU surface.
5. INSTALLING THE WATER-BLOCK
Press the water-block against the GPU while a
ligning the Water-block with the
graphics card mounting holes, and then turn the card around to access the
mounting holes from the back of the card. Align the stock bracket with the
mounting holes, then insert and fasten the provided M2 Philips screws gradually
and in a cross-pattern.

4. PREPAREZ LA CARTE GRAPHIQUE
Préambule : si vous utilisez notre dissipateur Caldera, veuillez
l’installer en premier en suivant son guide de montage.
Tout d’abord, démontez le dissipateur d’origine. Ensuite,
nettoyez le GPU à l’alcool ou de préférence avec un
dégraissant électronique. Enfin, déposez une petite quantité
de graisse thermique au centre du GPU.
ALLEZ LE DISSIPATEUR SUR LA CARTE GRAPHIQUE
Pressez le water-block contre le GPU tout en alignant les vis aux trous de
montage de la carte, puis retournez la carte tout en maintenant le water-block
en place. Alignez le braquet en croix d’origine avec les trous de montage, puis
installez les vis M2 fournies en les serrant graduellement et en croix.
L’installation est terminée !
4. PREPARE LA TARJETA GRÁFICA
Preámbulo: si utiliza nuestro disipador Caldera, instálelo
primero, refiriéndose a su guía de instalación.
Primero, desinstale el disipador de origen. Luego, limpie el
GPU con alcohol o mejor, con desengrasante electrónico. Por
último, aplique una pequeña cantidad de pasta térmica en el
centro del GPU.
5.
INSTALE EL WATERBLOCK EN LA TARJETA GRÁFICA
Apriete el waterblock contra el GPU, alineando los tornillos con los orificios de
montaje de la tarjeta. Luego, dé la vuelta a la tarjeta, manteniendo el waterblock
en su sitio. Alinee el soporte en forma de cruz de origen con los orificios de
montaje, e instale los tornillos M2 incluidos destornillándoles gradualmente y en
cruz.
