The CSV file can be easily edited with a spreadsheet program. Figure 3 shows an example of a CSV
contact list file. Table 4 describes the entries in the CSV file.

Exporting Contacts
The ADTRAN IP SoftPhone phone book can be exported into a CSV file. To do this, select the
Export
Contacts
menu item from the Calls & Contacts menu in the Contact Drawer. The ADTRAN IP
SoftPhone will prompt you to specify the name of the CSV file and the location where the file is to be
saved.
