Testing
Gathering Supplies
To begin testing, you will need the following items:
• Accu-Chek ® Sensor Meter
• Accu-Chek ® Sensor Comfort Test Strips
• Accu-Chek ® Softclix Lancet
• Accu-Chek ® Softclix Lancing Device
Performing a Test
1. Wash your hands in warm, soapy water. Rinse well
and dry completely. Warming fingers can increase
blood flow.
2. Load lancet device according to manufacturer’s
instructions.
To reduce the risk of infection, change lancet
with each test.
