The image in the viewfinder is not clear.

Adjust the diopter using the right and left

diopter adjustment knobs until the image

appears clearly (p. 14).

Adjust the width between the right and left

viewfinder to fit your eyes (p. 15).

Use [Viewfinder Adjust] (p. 61).

Viewing 3D movies makes you feel

uncomfortable.

Use [Auto 3D Lens Adjust] (p. 51).

Switch the viewfinder display mode to 2D by

pressing FINDER 2D/3D (p. 20).

Memory card

Operations using the memory card

cannot be performed.

If you use the memory card formatted on a

computer, format it again on this product

(p. 58).

Images stored on the memory card

cannot be deleted.

The maximum number of images that you can

delete on the index screen at one time is 100.

You cannot delete the protected images.

The data file name is not indicated

correctly or flashes.

The file is damaged.

The file format is not supported by this

product (p. 80).



Recording

Refer also to “Memory card” (p. 67).

Pressing START/STOP or PHOTO does not

record images.

The playback screen is displayed. Press MODE

to turn on the (Movie) or (Photo) lamp

(p. 21).

This product is recording the image you have

just shot on the memory card. You cannot

make new recording during this period.

The memory card is full. Delete unnecessary

images (p. 32).

Total number of movie scenes or photos

exceeds the recording capacity of this product

(p. 75). Delete unnecessary images (p. 32).

Photos cannot be recorded.

You cannot record photos while recording a

movie. Press MODE to switch to the photo

mode (p. 22).

When [2D/3D Mode Select] is set to [3D], you

cannot record photos. Select [2D/3D Mode

Select] to [2D] first (p. 56), then switch to the

photo recording mode.

The access lamp remains lit or flashing

even if recording was stopped.

This product is saving the scene you have just

shot on the memory card.

The imaging field looks different.

The imaging field may look different

depending on the condition of this product.

This is not a malfunction.

The actual recording time for movies is

less than the expected recording time of

the memory card.

Depending on the recording conditions, the

time available for recording may be shorter, for

example when recording a fast moving object,

etc. (p. 75).
