Select whether to display a message prompting slideshow creation when you
press the
(Eject) button after recording for a photo DVD.
Select whether to use the DVDirect as a DVD/CD drive for your computer.
Finalize a disc that was not finalized when ejected (page 66).
Hint
When using a DVD+RW disc, you do not need to finalize it.

Insert a disc to finalize, press m to select [Finalize disc], and
press the (Select) button.
Slideshow Creation

ON
After the photos are recorded onto the disc, a
slideshow is created and the disc is finalized
automatically allowing immediate playback
on a DVD player.
OFF
When you press the (Eject) button after
recording to a disc, a message asking whether
to create a slideshow always appears in the
display window.
PC Connect

Not use
Select this when you are not connecting the
DVDirect to a computer.
Use
Select this when using the USB connector
(Type A) to connect the DVDirect to a
computer. When the DVDirect is connected to
the computer, [PC Mode] appears in the
display window, and you can use the
DVDirect as a DVD/CD drive.
