Usually the reason of this malfunction is that the related disc
is not well placed. Please re-adjust the disc’s
position

The disc does not play
Press [OPEN/CLOSE], first check whether the
disc format of the problem disc can be compatible with the
player, then check whether the problem disc has a
defect.
There is a disc in a certain disc slot
but TV screen displays "ERROR
DISC".
Send your machine to a specialized service shop
Check the TV mode(NTSC/PAL)
Press the [SETUP] button change the player mode/
Check whether or not the audio output connected securely
to the TV or amplifier.
Check whether or not the TV is on.
Turn up the TV or amplifier volume
