Consejos para utilizar el
paquete de pilas
Cuidados del paquete de pilas
•Extraiga el paquete de pilas de la
videocámara tras usarlo y guárdelo en un
lugar fresco. Cuando el paquete se encuentra
instalado en la videocámara, ésta recibe una
pequeña cantidad de corriente aunque el
interruptor POWER esté ajustado en OFF. Esto
reduce la duración de las pilas.
•El paquete de pilas siempre está descargándose
aunque no se utilice después de cargarlo. Por
tanto, es necesario cargarlo inmediatamente
antes de emplear la videocámara.
Asegúrese de observar lo siguiente:
•Mantenga el paquete de pilas alejado del fuego.
•Mantenga seco el paquete de pilas.
•No abra ni intente desmontar el paquete de
pilas.
•No exponga el paquete de pilas a golpes
mecánicos.
Interruptor del paquete de pilas
Este interruptor se proporciona para que sea
posible identificar si el paquete está cargado.
Ajuste el interruptor en la posición de la “marca
verde” una vez finalizada la carga. (Al extraer el
paquete de pilas del adaptador de alimentación
de CA después de la carga, el interruptor se
desplaza automáticamente a la posición de la
“marca verde”).
Duración del paquete de pilas
Si el indicador de pilas parpadea rápidamente
inmediatamente después de encender la
videocámara con un paquete de pilas
completamente cargado, será necesario sustituir
dicho paquete por otro nuevo completamente
cargado.
Temperatura de carga
Las pilas deben cargarse con una temperatura
comprendida entre 50°F y 86°F (10°C y 30°C). Las
temperaturas bajas requieren un tiempo de carga
mayor.
Tips for using the battery
pack
Battery pack care
•Remove the battery pack from the
camcorder after using it, and keep it in a cool
place. When the battery pack is installed to the
camcorder, a small amount of current flows to
the camcorder even if the POWER switch is set
to OFF. This shortens battery life.
•The battery pack is always discharging even
when it is not in use after charging. Therefore,
you should charge the battery pack right before
using the camcorder.
Be sure to observe the following
•Keep the battery pack away from fire.
•Keep the battery pack dry.
•Do not open nor try to disassemble the battery
pack.
•Do not expose the battery pack to any
mechanical shock.
The switch on the battery pack
This switch is provided so that you can identify a
charged battery pack. Set the switch to the
“green mark” position when charging is
completed. (When the battery pack is removed
from the AC power adaptor after charging, the
switch automatically moves to the “green mark”
position.
The life of the battery pack
If the battery indicator flashes rapidly just after
turning on the camcorder with a fully charged
battery pack, the battery pack should be replaced
with a new fully charged one.
Charging temperature
You should charge batteries at temperatures from
50°F to 86°F (from 10°C to 30°C). Lower
temperatures require a longer charging time.
