illustration). Use the cable box to change channels.

Set up the TV remote control to
operate the cable box or VCR

If you have a non-Sony VCR, you must program the remote control. See
“Programming the Remote Control” on page 54.

Activate the remote control to
operate the cable box or VCR

For the cable box, press

repeatedly until the

SAT/CABLE

indicator

lights up. For the VCR, press

FUNCTION

repeatedly until the

DVD/VCR

indicator

lights up.
