For SiriusXM:
If these solutions do not help improve the situation,
consult your nearest Sony dealer.
If you take the unit to be repaired because of disc
playback trouble, bring the disc that was used at the
time the problem began.
Please launch Pandora application on mobile
device and touch “Connect”.

application has not been launched.
t Launch Pandora
®
on your mobile device, then
touch “Connect.”
Server Error
The Pandora
®
server may have a problem.
t Select a source other than “Pandora,” then select
the Pandora
®
source again.
Station does not exist.
The condition of the mobile device has changed
between compiling the station list and selecting from
the list.
t Wait until the station list refreshes.
Thumbs Up/Down Error
Thumbs Up/Down feedback failed.
t Try Thumbs Up/Down again.
Channel Locked
The selected channel is locked by the parental control
function.
Channel not included in current subscription.
The subscription to the active channel has been
terminated.
t Check the subscription of SiriusXM channel
map.
Channel not subscribed.Call Sirius XM to
subscribe.
There is no subscription to the selected channel.
t Process the subscription in SiriusXM.
Check SXM antenna.
The antenna (aerial) is not being used properly.
t Make sure the antenna (aerial) is connected and
being used properly.
Check SXM tuner.
The SiriusXM Connect tuner is not functioning
properly.
t Disconnect the SiriusXM Connect tuner, and
connect it again.
Channel Not Available
The active channel has become unavailable.
t Check the SiriusXM channel map.
Invalid Parental Code
Passcode input failed.
t Check that the passcode has been entered
correctly.
No Signal
The service is stopped due to a signal interruption.
t Move to another area with better reception.
t Unplug the SiriusXM tuner, then plug it in again.
Requested channel not available.
• The active channel has become unavailable.
• The selected channel is not available.
t Check the SiriusXM channel map.
