Problem

Check points

Mosaic-like noise
appears and movement
is jagged when viewing
the live view screen.

≥ If the Recording Mode is set to [1920k1080/60p], mosaic-like

noise may appear on the screen, and movement may not seem
smooth.

A motion picture file is
created that is longer
than the recording time.

≥ Recording in [Slow motion mode] (

) will create a motion picture

file that is longer than the recording time. For example, the playback
time of a motion picture recorded in [640

k360/240fps] (1/8 slow-

motion) will be 8-times longer than the actual recording time.

This unit does not
change to playback
mode.

≥ When this unit is recording a movie, Image App cannot change to

playback mode.

Files cannot be played
back.

≥ If a high-quality motion picture is copied to a smartphone, it may

not be able to be played back on the smartphone. (

≥ You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later or Adobe

HD Writer WE 1.0.

It cannot connect to the

by moving the location or changing the angle of the access point.

≥ Is any device, such as microwave oven, cordless phone, etc., that

interrupted when used simultaneously. Use them sufficiently away
from the device.
