Before use
Operating environment
Requirements
• The SD Video Camera with which this software is
supplied
• SD card
• USB cable (supplied)
• The AC adaptor (supplied) and battery (supplied) of
the SD Video Camera
For information about connecting, refer to the Operating
Instructions of the SD Video Camera.
SD cards
• The following cards are compatible:
SD memory cards and miniSD cards in capacities of 8
MB to 2 GB
SDHC memory cards in capacities of 4 GB to 16 GB.

• These cards are generally referred to as “SD cards” in
this software and manual.
• For details, refer to the operating instructions of the SD
Video Camera with which this software is supplied.
• When formatting (initializing) an SD card, format it on the
SD Video Camera. Do not format it on a personal
computer using Explorer.
