Video email mode
Exporting to email software
You can output data which is prepared for output to email
software (the data is output to the email software after it is
converted and compressed into a file in ASF format).
Specify the file size etc. on the setting screen to output the
data.
The description below assumes that Outlook
® Express is
used.
1. Check the contents to be output with buttons
circled in
.
The video is displayed on the preview screen.
2. Specify the output destination and the file
name on
.
• The output destination can be selected from the
folders registered in the library ([MaterialFolder] as a
default).
3. Set the file size and the image quality on
and .
The estimated file size after compression is displayed
below.
• Refer to the description of the input/output setting
screen for each item. ( @ 166 )
4. Click .
The output starts and the message [Creating output
file] is displayed on
.
When the output is completed, Outlook ® Express is
started and a new message appears with the
attachment file.
