Special effects cannot be used normally

Special effects cannot be used
normally

The condition of the personal computer becomes

unstable during rendering.

• Rendering operation uses a very high percentage of

the processing power (load on the CPU) of the
personal computer. So, when software other than
MotionSD STUDIO is running, the rendering
sometimes cannot be performed well.
When using MotionSD STUDIO, we recommend to
exit other software.
Besides, if a file is copied or moved, or printing is
executed, we recommend rendering after such
operations are completed.

• The personal computer may be in an unstable state.

Exit MotionSD STUDIO, and then reboot the
personal computer.

Rendering takes long.

• Rendering of a long video clip takes a very long time.

During rendering, do not operate the personal
computer. If you operate it, rendering may not be
accomplished satisfactorily in some cases.

You wish to insert special effects in any part of a

long video clip.

• If you split a video clip, you can insert special effects

in that part.
Place the clip on the track to divide it. (

When a transition effect is set, the length of the

video changes.

• If a transition effect is set, the clips before and after

the transition are shortened. This is because the

transition effect is created by blending parts of those

clips. (When the setting is cancelled, the original

length is restored.)

This section covers the solutions to troubles that often
occur when you use special effects.
