Product Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a Power Soak Advanced Wash Insert (AWI). Your AWI will benefit
you in numerous ways:

• Wares will be treated very gently.

• Rotation of difficult to move items such as wire baskets and half sheet pans will be

improved.

• Wares will be cleaner while requiring less time in the Power Soak.

• Ware washing will be very quiet.

• The need for touch up washing will decrease and employee morale will increase.

• Operator ergonomics are improved.

The AWI accomplishes these benefits by a variety of means. Ware throughput is increased
by shaping the flow of the cleaning solution and preventing the wares from getting jammed in
regions of lower flow. The Insert System absorbs kinetic energy from impacts of wares and
reduces the transmission of sound to the outer walls of the wash tank.

The AWI is designed to allow you to designate a small section of the wash tank for cleaning
utensils. The utensils are separated from other wares by means of a special moveable
partition called a Flexible Tank Divider. Should there be no need for utensil washing, the
Flexible Tank Divider can be moved to other positions or even the end of the wash tank.
The ability to completely open up the whole wash tank area can be useful when washing
extra-large items such as hood filters. At other times to divide the tank with a larger
segregated wash area than 6” can be helpful to wash items that may need to be separated
like S/S pans from cake decorating items.

Every AWI system is manufactured to last, with solid stainless steel tie rods, tough and
resilient ribs, and long wearing Flow Guides.

At Power Soak Systems, we take pride in manufacturing the Power Soak line and are
committed to standing behind our customers and products. Should you ever need
