A. Place the Footboard Conversion Cap (C) on top of the lower half of the footboard. Thread the
bolts you removed from the footboard in the last step into the cap and tighten securely.
B. Adjust the spring to its lowest position, following the procedure in Step 2.
C. Use four of the allen bolts (O) to attach the guard rail to the crib. Tighten securely using the
allen wrench.
D. Insert the allen bolt (P) through the hole in the corner post, and thread it into the cap nut (Q)
as shown. Tighten securely using the allen wrench. Repeat for the other side.
