DVD Mode
Press this button ( ) to search in a backward direction. Press this button ( )
to search in a forward direction. Press repeatedly to change the search speed
from 2, 4, 8, and 20 times the normal speed.

Press this button to pause the DVD disk playback. Pressing the button again
will resume normal DVD disc playback.

Press this button to stop DVD playback.

Press this button to confirm and implement a selected setting or menu op-
tion. Press this button to resume DVD playback play.
19. TITLE
Press this button to display the title of a DVD. Titles are a collection of video
clips or chapters. DVDs generally contain multiple titles within a DVD.
Remote Control Battery
Initial Use
When purchased the remote control has a battery installed with a Pull Tab to
prevent battery discharge. Remove the Pull Tab before attempting to use the
remote control.
Battery Replacement
1. Remove the battery holder.
2. Insert the battery into the battery holder and insert the battery holder
into the remote. Be sure to observe the correct polarity.
3. Align the battery holder with the remote control and push until the
holder clicks.
The remote controls are specific to this unit. They are not universal
remotes and will not operate other equipment.
