STEPS 12 & 13:
With both pulleys and the belt installed the
clutch plates can now be installed. Install the
clutch plates in exactly the same order as they
were shipped. The steel .120” thick plate first,
then a fiber plate, then steel, alternating until
all the plates are installed. Last plate in is
steel. When in doubt, call Rivera Primo Inc.,
and consult a technician.
STEP 14:
Apply anti-seize compound liberally to the the threads of the
Pro-Clutch studs as shown to prevent the shouldered nuts from
sticking to the clutch-hub stud threads during disassembly.
STEP 15:
Install the pressure plate, diaphragm spring,
spring retainer (beveled side in) lock-tabs and
shouldered nuts as shown.
