Color-coded plugs for cymbal cables

on back of Rock Band 3 drum kits

General Setup
1. Interlock interior clamp around ridge support on drum leg assembly (Fig. 2).

2. Tighten thumb screws to secure to leg clamp of drum kit.

3. Quick-release clips snap securely into place.

4. Insert metal poles and adjust height (Fig. 1).

5. Tighten thumb screws of metal poles (Fig. 2).

6. Add cymbal to pole based on cymbal configuration.

7. Screw on appropriate color wing nut (do not tighten completely if you want cymbal to tilt forward).

8. Loosen thumb screws that hold metal pole and rotate pole so that the cymbal is oriented to your style of play.

9. Retighten thumb screw that holds metal pole.

9A. (Optional) Loosen thumb screws around drum kit legs to rotate and adjust position of metal poles to

drum heads and retighten screws.

10. Connect cymbal cables to drum kit. Match cymbal color to cable jack.

TIP: Wrap cymbal cables around metal poles for cable management.

Color-coded wing nuts let you designate cymbals to preferred style of gameplay.
