Direct printing (PictBridge) problems

For Direct printing issues, contact the printer manufacturer.
Status Solution
Cannot locate desired picture. ■ Use the Direct print menu to change the image storage
location.
The Direct print menu interface
turns off. ■ Press any button to redisplay the menu.
Cannot print pictures. ■ Ensure that there is a connection between the camera
and printer (
page 21 ).
■ Ensure the printer and camera have power ( page 21 ).
Camera or printer display an
error message. ■ Follow the prompts to resolve the issue.
