Locating the machine type and model (MTM) number and the system serial number
When calling for technical assistance, you are requested to provide the MTM number and the system serial
number of your tablet. To get the MTM number and the serial number, check the MTM label on your tablet.
Note: Depending on the model, your tablet might look different.
Locating the FCC ID and IC Certification numbers
You can find the FCC ID and IC Certification numbers for the installed transmitter cards on the bottom of
your tablet.

Lenovo provides user forums on the World Wide Web to provide you with a place to search the community
knowledge base for information about your tablet, share information with other users, make suggestions to
Lenovo, ask questions, and get technical support from Lenovo.
To go to Lenovo user forums, do the following:
1. Go to http://www.lenovo.com/register and follow the instructions on the screen to create an account.
2. Go to http://www.lenovo.com/support.
3. Tap Community Forums.
