Select the user group that you want to display from the [User Group]
list.
– To display all the users that are contained in the group that you
selected in the [User Group] list and all its subgroups, select the [All
subgroups] check box.
– Type or select a search condition that will be used to retrieve the
users that you want to display.

Click [Display].
A list of the users in the group that you specified is displayed.

Select the check boxes next to the users whose settings you want to
specify, and then click [ID & Print Setting].
– To select all users, click [Select All], and then click [ID & Print
Setting].
The ID & Print Setting window appears.

Select whether to use the ID & Print feature, and click [Apply].
The print method for the selected users is set.

Reminder
In the ID & Print Setting (User) window, in the "ID & Print" column, a "-"
appears next to users whose ID & Print setting has not been specified.
