The Print Quota Setting(Users) window opens.

Select the user group that you want to display from the [User Group]
list.
– To display all the users that are contained in the group that you
selected in the [User Group] list and all its subgroups, select the [All
subgroups] check box.
– Type a search condition for the users that you want to display.

Click [Display].
A list of the users in the group that you specified is displayed.

Select the users that you want to apply print quotas to.
– To select all the users, click [Select All].

Click [Print Quota Setting].
