*FILE FULL/TX CANCEL* While sending an e-mail
message, the maximum
number of managed
memory files is used. Retrieve all received e-mail
messages stored in the
memory.
*FILE FULL/RX CANCEL*
XXXX Server While receiving an e-mail
message, the maximum
number of managed
memory files is used. Retrieve all received e-mail
messages stored in the
memory.
*SERVER MEMORY FULL*
SMTP Server The memory of the
SMTP server has
become full while
sending an e-mail
message. Consult with the network
administrator.
*FTP SERVER ERROR* While uploading scan
data, the data could not
be correctly uploaded to
the FTP server. Consult your network
administrator for details.
MACHINE TROUBLE Some problem occurred
in the copier. Turn the copier off, then on
again.
If the error is still displayed,
contact your service
representative.
