1. Open the Right Side Door.
2. Twist the lock lever counter-clockwise to unlock the Internal Transportation Unit, bring down
the Internal Transportation Unit, and hold its shaft with the Hook.
3. The mis-fed media can be seen inside. Check if it is already cut or not.
• If already cut, remove it and go to the procedure 7.
• If not cut yet, go to the next procedure 4 for cutting it.
