3.8 Canceling a transmission
3.8.1 Canceling a transmission
A transmission job can be canceled during processing.

Press the Clear/Stop key during transmission.

Use +, to select [YES], and press the OK key.
A transmission result report is printed out.
3.8.2 Canceling (deleting) a transmission reservation
When stopping a transmission job because the scanned document is queued for sending or redialing, delete
the job, and cancel the transmission.

Press the Function key.

Use +, to select [CANCEL RESERV.], and press the OK key.
This displays the details (specified transmission time, transmission setting type, and destination
number) of transmission jobs queued in the memory.
% If polling TX jobs are queued, the ID entry screen appears. If no transmission jobs are queued in the
memory, [*NONE*] appears.

Use +, to select a transmission job to be canceled, and press the OK key.

Select [YES] using +,, and press OK.
The selected transmission jobs are canceled (deleted).

To continuously delete reservations, repeat Steps 2 to 4.
