9 Obtaining and Viewing Device Job History Data

PageScope Net Care server is down, the
current setting is specified so that the device
will send e-mail containing job history data
for seven days. The PageScope Net Care
server will access the device every day at the
time specified with this setting and update the
setting. If the device setting continues to be
updated and remains at “7”, the device will
not stop sending e-mail. If the PageScope Net
Care server fails, the device will stop sending
e-mail from the eighth day since the device
setting cannot be updated. (However, if the
PageScope Net Care server is restarted within
7 days and the device setting is updated, the
device setting is again set to “7”.) A time
when both the PageScope Net Care server and
its compatible device are running must be
specified.
