Controlling Multiple Servers
If multiple PageScope Net Care servers exist, the device information
can be viewed by accessing each PageScope Net Care server. However,
this reduces the operating efficiency. Therefore, in this case, by linking
all PageScope Net Care servers, all device information can be viewed
by accessing just one of the servers.
Note
• A single PageScope Net Care server can manage up to 250
devices. In order to manage 251 or more devices, two or more
servers are required, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the
server-linking function.
• Centralized management is possible only between PageScope
Net Care v5.0 or greater servers only.
• Servers where SSL Enabled/Disabled in the SSL Setting
section (described in “6.14 Specifying Security Settings for
PageScope Net Care” (p. 76)) is set to
Enabled cannot be
accessed by servers running versions earlier than PageScope Net
Care version 5.50.
