Initial Operation

• Assemble the blades as shown in illustration 1 (Abb.1).
• Insert the ends of the knives into the retainer on the mo-

tor device.

• Press the blades in the direction of the motor device until

the ends are felt to lock in place. Check that they are
firmly attached.

Electrical Connection
Insert the plug in a duly installed socket.

Switching on

NOTE:

• Please note that for safety reasons the knife can only be

switched on if switches 2 and 3 pressed.

• Do not exert too much pressure when cutting; allow

the knife to do the cutting.

Stopping Operation
• After use remove the plug from the socket.
• Press button (1) to remove the blades.

Cleaning

WARNING:

• Remove the mains plug from the socket.
• The cutting blades are extremely sharp!
• Under no circumstances should you place the device in water for

cleaning. Otherwise this might result in an electric shock or fire.

CAUTION:

• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.

Housing
Wipe off the housing with a damp cloth and dry with a dry
cloth.

Blades
• These parts can be cleaned by hand in soapy water.
• Rinse off with clear water and dry the parts off.

Noise development

The sound pressure level in the ear of an operator (LpA) was
measured according to DIN EN ISO 3744.
