When the toast is ready, it pops up and the toaster switches off.

Put one or two slices of already toasted bread in the toaster.



To reheat the toasted bread:

Types HD2621 and HD2683: Turn the browning control to setting  (1) and then push down

the toasting lever (2). (Fig. 8)

Type HD2623: Push down the toasting lever (1) and then press the reheat button  (2). (Fig. 9)

The stop button lights up.



When the toast is ready, it pops up and the toaster switches off.

Heating up rolls and croissants

Push down the warming rack lever to unfold the warming rack (Fig. 10).

Never put the rolls to be heated up directly on top of the toaster without having unfolded the

warming rack to avoid damaging the toaster.



Put the rolls or croissants on top of the warming rack.

Do not heat up more than 2 items at a time.



To heat up the rolls or croissants:

Types HD2683 and HD2621: Turn the browning control to setting ó (1) and then push down

the toasting lever (2). (Fig. 11)

If you want to heat the rolls or croissants on both sides, turn them after the toaster switches off.

Leave the browning control set to the warming setting ó and push down the toasting lever to

switch on the toaster again.

Type HD2623: Push down the toasting lever (1) and then press the warming button ó

(2). (Fig. 12)

The button lights up.

If you want to heat the rolls or croissants on both sides, turn them after the toaster switches off.

Then push down the toasting lever to switch on the toaster again and press the warming button ó

again.

Before every new warming cycle, you have to push down the toasting lever and press the warming

button again.

Cleaning

Unplug the appliance.



Let the appliance cool down.



Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.

Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone

to clean the appliance.
Never immerse the appliance in water.



To remove crumbs from the appliance, slide the crumb tray out of the appliance and empty

it (Fig. 13).

Do not hold the appliance upside down and do not shake it to remove the crumbs.
